Penthouse Apartment in Eaton Square

GRA have been appointed by a private owner occupier to design a three bedroom penthouse apartment to a property on the south side of Eaton Square. Upon completion the apartment will provide over 2,100 sq.ft. of high quality accommodation with many of the rooms opened up into the roof space to give added height and daylight. Both the main Reception Room and the Master Bedroom will open onto private terraces overlooking Eaton Square. The project is due to be submitted to Westminster by the end of 2007 with the intention that the works be completed by the third quarter of 2008.
