Following the success of the refurbishment at No. 8 Motcomb St GRA are now working on proposals for the upper floors to another property close by. The project has been fully detailed and priced and is awaiting permission from the City of Westminster. Once the paperwork is received and asbestos removal is complete the works will start onsite immediately. This is likely to be in September 2014 with an anticipated completion date in the second quarter of 2015
