Following the successful completion of Phases I & II GRA were appointed to design and oversee extensive reconfiguration works to four adjoining properties. The properties were stripped back to bare brickwork with the removal of all internal floors, partitions and roof structures. New full width, single storey extensions were constructed to the rear of three of the properties. Upon completion the two central properties have been certified PassivHaus 'Enerphit' standard and the two end properties BREEAM 'Excellent'.
