Although listed grade 2 the property had been largely re-constructed as offices in the 1980's with a concrete frame behind retained facades, converted into residential some time later.
All internal finishes were stripped out and the layout altered to suit the clients' requirements. Tim Wood designed and supplied the joinery. Meltons liaised closely with the client with regard to finishes and soft furnishings.
