GRA were appointed initially to gain permission from Westminster and the freeholder, Grosvenor, to amalgamate two lateral flats on the top floor into one apartment of circa 1900 sq.ft.

The property was then sold on and GRA were retained to continue with the project. The completed apartment is a three bedroom, three bathroom top floor lateral penthouse of unparalleled quality.
