Following the successful refurbishment of Nos. 13, 15 & 21 St Barnabas Street GRA were appointed to undertake similar works to No. 7 St Barnabas Street and No. 37 Ranelagh Grove adjacent. The properties were stripped back to bare brick with the removal of all internal floors, partitions and roof structures. The reconfigured houses now provide three bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and sitting room/dining areas.
