The construction of two new 2-bedroom penthouse flats on the top of a Grade II listed mansion block just off Oxford Street near Selfridges. Constructed on the flat roof of what was the 'drying area' for the block, the apartments sit between the built up ends of the block amidst the original chimney stacks. An independant steel frame was inserted to transfer the additional loads directly onto the loadbearing masonry structure.
