Finchatton 1

GRA have now worked with the renowned property developer Finchatton on many projects in and around Belgravia over the past six years. Under the 'Links' section you can click to access their website. For the project illustrated, the top two floors of a Grade II listed building, GRA managed to obtain permission for the reconstruction of the roof to form a terrace between the two roof pitches accessed via a new staircase and sliding rooflight.
