During the refurbishment the properties were retrofitted with a range of features including PV panels (to one property only), rainwater collection, insulated drylining and energy efficient lighting to achieve an EcoHomes rating of 'Excellent'. Now used by Westminster City Council as a case study in their retrofitting guide. .
