St Barnabas Street Phase III due to start onsite
Following the success of Phase's I & II (the refurbishment of three and two houses respectively) GRA have been appointed to work up proposals for the re-development of four more properties in this street.

To make things a little more interesting the client (Grosvenor Estate Belgravia) have requested that the middle two properties be refurbished up to PassivHaus (Enerphit) standard. The scheme is currently being priced and due to commence onsite later in the year
