Comprising of four terraced two storey properties, the intention is to refurbish the middle two up to Passivhaus Enerphit standard and the outer two refurbished to the client's standard specification. Monitoring equipment will be installed in all four properties to enable comparative studies of performance to be undertaken. The works are due to complete in September 2015
