Following a lengthy design/detailing period and a 12 month construction period, the extensive re-construction of a further four properties in St Barnabas Street is complete. In line with the Clients' Environmental Policy the specification included high levels of insulation/air tightness and included solar PV panels at roof level to all properties. The end two houses have achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' with the central two houses certified PassivHaus 'Enerphit' standard. Two of the properties were pre-let prior to completion.
